Ordering & Production

Are your pieces made to order?

Yes. Every piece is handmade to order in our Tel Aviv atelier to ensure perfect finish and exclusivity.

What is the production timeline?

Typical production is 2–3 weeks from payment confirmation, before shipping. Rush requests may be possible—contact us.

Can I request customizations?

Absolutely. We offer metal options (14k/18k), stone sizes, diamond quality (natural or lab-grown), and engraving. Share your idea and we’ll advise feasibility and quote.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because items are made to order, all sales are final. If you need a change within 24 hours, contact us and we’ll try to help if work hasn’t begun.

Diamonds & Materials

Do you offer natural and lab-grown diamonds?

Yes. We work with both, selected for beauty and integrity. Lab-grown diamonds offer excellent value and sustainability; natural diamonds offer geological rarity.

Do stones come with certificates?

For qualifying center stones, we can (upon request) provide a grading report (e.g., IGI/GIA or equivalent). Smaller accent stones typically are not certified individually.

What metals do you use?

We craft in 14k or 18k gold (yellow, white, or rose). Nickel-sensitive options are available—please note allergies when ordering.

Sizing

How do I find my ring size?

Use a reputable ring sizer or visit a local jeweler. We can share a printable guide on request. Half sizes available for most styles.

Do you offer resizing?

Many designs can be resized (fees may apply). Some styles (e.g., eternity bands) have limits or require remaking. Contact us with your order number for options.

How do body chains and bracelets fit?

We provide recommended measurements and adjustable lengths for comfort. If you need a custom length, include your measurements at checkout.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

After the 2–3 week production window, we ship with insured, trackable delivery. You’ll receive a tracking link upon dispatch.

What are transit times?

Domestic Israel: 2–5 business days. International: 5–10 business days depending on destination.

Do you ship internationally? Who pays duties?

Yes. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees assessed by their country.

Returns, Warranty & Repairs

What is your return policy?

Due to our made-to-order process, all sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy before purchase.

What if there is an issue with my order?

Please inspect your piece on arrival. For defects or issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll assess repair or replacement options.

Do you offer repairs or maintenance?

Yes—polishing, prong checks, stone tightening, chain adjustments, and more. Fees depend on scope; we’ll provide a quote.

Care & Cleaning

How do I care for my jewelry?

Remove jewelry before swimming, workouts, or applying lotions/perfume. Store separately in a soft pouch. Clean gently with mild soap and a soft brush; pat dry.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards via our secure Israeli gateway, PayPal for international orders, and—optionally—manual Bit transfers. All prices can be shown in ILS; USD/EUR available for international customers.

Do you offer installments (תשלומים)?

Yes—installments are available on eligible Israeli cards via our local gateway. Options appear at checkout.

Gifts & Packaging

Is gift packaging available?

Yes—every piece arrives in signature packaging, suitable for gifting. Add a gift note at checkout.
