All Rachel Sahar jewelry pieces are made to order and individually crafted with care for each client.
Production Timeline
Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your piece is ready to ship. This timeline ensures every item meets our highest quality standards.
Peak Season Notice: During busy periods (holidays, special events, or high-demand seasons), production may extend to 3-4 weeks. We will notify you immediately if your order will take longer than expected.
Shipping & Delivery

- Orders ship with insured, trackable delivery via trusted carriers
- Signature required for all deliveries to ensure safe receipt
- Typical transit times:
- Domestic (Israel): 7–10 business days
- International: 10–15
- business days (destination dependent)
- You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery speed
International Orders
- Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your destination country's customs authority
- Delivery Times: International shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing delays
- Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or additional documentation requirements
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your international shipping address is complete and accurate, including postal codes and any required regional information
Package Security & Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages: All orders are shipped with full insurance and tracking. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately with your tracking number
- For damaged items, retain all packaging materials and take photos
- We'll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your jewelry
Delivery Attempts:
- If you're not available for delivery, the carrier will typically make 2-3 attempts
- After failed delivery attempts, packages may be held at a local facility for pickup
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking information for redelivery scheduling
Order Changes & Address Updates
- Before Shipping: We can update shipping details, addresses, or delivery preferences before your order is dispatched
- After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, any delivery changes must be coordinated directly with the carrier using your tracking number

Special Requests & Rush Orders
Urgent Orders: For expedited timelines or rush orders, please contact us as soon as possible. Rush orders may incur additional production and shipping fees.
Bespoke Requests: If you saw a design on our social media that isn't listed on the website, or need assistance with custom pieces, our team will be happy to help.

- All pieces are made to order - no items ship same day
- Production timelines begin after payment confirmation and order verification
- We ship worldwide, but some restrictions may apply to certain countries
- For high-value orders, additional security measures may be required
- Holiday and weekend orders will be processed on the next business day
Order Cancellation & Modifications
Before Production Begins:
- Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet started.

- Full refunds will be processed for cancelled orders that haven't entered production
Ready-to-Ship Items:
- Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the item hasn't been shipped
- Once shipped, our standard return policy applies
Cancellation Process:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@rachelsahar.com
- Include your order number and reason for cancellation
- Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Our Right to Cancel:
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances beyond our control
- If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund
