Each Rachel Sahar piece is handcrafted to order in our Tel Aviv atelier. Because every item is made specifically for you, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds.
Why Final Sale?
Our work is bespoke—designed, cast, and finished for a single client. Made-to-order fine jewelry cannot be resold or repurposed without compromising craftsmanship and exclusivity.

Quality & Exceptions
Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. In the rare event you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Upon assessment, we may, at our discretion, offer a suitable remedy—such as repair, replacement, or store credit. Remedies do not apply to damage caused by wear, impact, mishandling, or alterations performed outside our atelier.
Order Changes
If you need to modify sizing or details, reach out within 24 hours of purchase. We will do our best to assist if production has not begun.
Sizing, Resizing & Repairs
- Many designs can be resized; fees depend on the style and adjustment required.
- Certain styles (e.g., eternity settings) have limited or no resizing options and may require remaking.
- We offer professional cleaning, prong checks, stone tightening, and chain adjustments upon request (quoted case-by-case).
Shipping Damage
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and item immediately and retain all materials. Contact us within 48 hours so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. We ship insured and trackable.
What Isn’t Considered a Defect
- Minor variations in finish or measurements inherent to handmade craftsmanship
- Normal wear, scratches, or patina developing over time
- Damage from impact, chemicals, water exposure, or improper storage
